AzShear stays consistent with Tornado Track throughout life cycle

I was impressed that the 0.01 AzShear threshold stayed consistent throughout the southernmost tornado path through the entire event in this instance. Noticed a little less accuracy in higher elevation scans (no duh), but in this case it did fairly well.
