NSSL Senior Scientist Harold Brooks offers a review of NSSL over the years including evolution in work environment, scientific research, and engineering and development that has happened at the lab.

10:10 AM*Panel on Evolution of NSSL’s Core Research Areas
Following an overview of NSSL’s history, a panel of NSSL team members discuss the evolution of some of NSSL’s Core Research Areas: radar, warnings, storm-scale prediction, fieldwork, hydrometeorology, infrastructure support needs. Ask questions and participate in the discussion.
